Basil Constantaras, Director of International Development

Basil Constantaras, an Advocate of the Supreme Court of South Africa, is an internationally experienced businessman and project facilitator. Basil is Chief Corporate Strategist for the company and oversees all contract and acquisition negotiations.

Basil received his B.Proc (law) degree from the third oldest continuously operating university in South Africa, The University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa and his Letters of Law (LLB) degree from the same law school. In 1980, Basil was admitted as an “Advocate” (Barrister) permitting him to practice before the Supreme Court of the nation, while general practitioners (Solicitors) may only practice in the lower courts. Basil became a member of the prestigious Society of Advocates, limited to practicing Advocates before the Supreme Court of South Africa.

Basil served in the South African army and served at the position of Chief of Staff Personnel, Headquarters.

During the course of Basil‘s career, he worked with various business opportunities that led him to own and oversee a chain of pizzerias, develop and build his own commercial building, and to participate in mining, diamonds, and international trade with an emphasis in South Central Africa, Israel, Western Europe, and the United States.

Basil is an expert identifying business opportunities and developing novel means to fund business transactions. Basil currently works at Medical Nexus International, LLC where he serves as Vice President of International Sales.

Basil is a member of The Order of A.H.E.P.A. and attends The Greek Orthodox Metropolis Church of Atlanta. Basil is active in The Greater Atlanta Business Network (GABN), Christian Business Men’s Connection USA (CBMC Atlanta), and chambers of commerce/business associations throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area.
